A 25th March “Loans from Directors and Grant of Warrants” announcement from remote tracking technology company Starcom (STAR) included that there had “been some delay in the fulfilment of certain orders by the company as a result of international restrictions” but that it “has remained under pressure from customers to fulfil existing orders and continue supply of its products.
